I woke to a flooded basement after a heavy rain. Clean Green Restoration was recommended by a friend which speaks well in itself. Normally when needing to call a service like this, you're going through an unexpected mini disaster and at the mercy of the experts. Miles responded quickly, and arrived just as fast. He helped assess the problem and come up with solutions. He gave a very fair estimate to remove the water and treat the carpet. I made the decision to remove the old carpet as it was past due, after removing the carpet Miles returned with the agreed on equipment, looked at the condition and suggested it wasn't as bad as expected and we could fix for much less. His honesty in voluntarily suggesting I could pay less when I was trusting his expertise is exactly what you hope for in a situation like this. I highly recommend for anyone in a bad spot needing an expert they can trust. Thanks Miles!

I absolutely can not say enough good things about this company in one review! When we were faced with a mold situation at our home, we were terrified about what it could mean and the expenses it would end up costing us. I had heard absolute horror stories about home much mold removal could cost. We were completely new to the situation and we didn't know anything about mold, or how it was properly detected and then dealt with. After receiving an astronomical estimate from another company, we decided that we needed other opinions. Luckily through our search we were referred to Clean Green Restoration. They immediately set my mind at ease with their plethora of knowledge and outstanding professionalism. They were able to lay out a plan for the remediation that didn't include completely destroying our home and they were so much more reasonable with their estimates compared to others. Miles and his team quickly went into action and took care of the mold issue faster than we ever expected. After completing the remediation quickly, a post test was performed, and there was virtually no mold detected in any air samples, a feat that is practically impossible to achieve if you live in Missouri with our very wet & humid climate! If you are ever faced with a mold situation, do yourself a favor and don't call anyone else, it will only cost you more stress and ultimately more money. Call Miles and Clean Green Restoration.
