A slow plumbing link had caused a water damage and mold to form around the cabinet sink and bathroom. Following protocol, mold remediation was completed in the unit so it could be safely turned over to the new tenant. This required demo, HEPA vacuuming, extensive structure cleaning, and air scrubbers. Once the post air test was completed and passed the rebuild was complete.
